Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Mohd Naeem ("I," "me") handles information on MohdNaeem.com (`www.mohdnaeem.com`), a personal portfolio and technical blog.

This site is separate from EZ4YouTech.com, the SMB AI product I build. Platform privacy for paying customers is on EZ4YouTech.com/privacy.

Information I Collect

• Standard web server and CDN logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) through hosting providers.
• Theme preference, site style palette, and layout shell stored in your browser (`localStorage`) when you pick light, dark, system mode, a brand skin, or a layout.
• Optional analytics data if you accept cookies on the cookie banner (see Cookies and analytics).
• Information you send me directly by email, Calendly booking, or LinkedIn message.

Quick Checkups (Free Scanners)

Quick Checkups are free, no-login tools on this site under `/labs/` (website speed, email DNS, SSL expiry, social snippets, and related pages).

• You may submit a public website URL, domain name, or draft text. Inputs are sent to the EZ4YouTech.com API (`https://aiplatformusa.EZ4YouTech.com/api`). Website scans may also call Google PageSpeed Insights (Lighthouse lab data). AI DraftSpark Content Generator drafts may use the same platform AI keys when available.
• Private, local, and internal network addresses are blocked.
• Scan results may be cached briefly on the server for performance and abuse prevention.
• I do not store Quick Checkup inputs or results in a personal CRM unless you contact me separately.
• Follow-up links may prefill an email to [email protected] for paid reports or fix calls. Do not submit passwords or payment card numbers in scan fields.

Cookies and Analytics

• Theme preference (essential): Saved in your browser for light, dark, or system mode, Site Style palette, and Layout shell. No analytics consent required.
• Analytics (optional): If you click Accept All on the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) may load to measure aggregated site usage (pages viewed, traffic sources, button clicks). GA4 does not run unless you accept.
• Essential Only: If you decline analytics, GA4 is not loaded on that browser unless you clear site data and choose again.
• To reset your choice, clear site data for `www.mohdnaeem.com` in your browser settings.

Third-Party Links and Services

• This site links to EZ4YouTech.com, Calendly, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other third-party sites. Their privacy policies apply when you leave MohdNaeem.com.
• Embedded or linked partner content does not give me access to your accounts on those services unless you contact me directly.

How I Use Information

• Operate, secure, and improve the portfolio site and blog.
• Respond to hiring, consulting, or speaking inquiries you initiate.
• Measure optional marketing-site traffic when you accept analytics cookies.
• Prevent abuse of free Quick Checkups scanners (rate limits and logging).

Sharing

I do not sell personal information. I may share data only with infrastructure providers that host the site (for example Microsoft Azure static hosting and CDN), analytics providers when you opt in, and service providers that power Quick Checkups scans as described above.

Retention

• Server logs rotate per hosting provider defaults.
• Email and Calendly records are kept while a conversation is active and as needed for business records.
• Quick Checkup scan caches expire on a short server-side schedule unless you follow up by email.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information. Contact me using the email below. I do not sell personal information as defined by applicable privacy laws.

This site is not directed to individuals under 18. By using MohdNaeem.com, you certify that you are 18 or older.
