Publishing Target Missing Issue while Publishing Content

You might have experienced this issue where the publishing target is missing while publishing the content as below. There is a very easy solution to this issue – grant a language:read permission to “/sitecore/system/Languages/en” for the base/root user so that all users can get this access.
